Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage and qualify incoming leads through a structured sales process to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to track interactions, update customer data, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to potential clients to address their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaign messaging.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with high self-discipline.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional team meetings.
