Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure retention.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to prospective customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system to track sales progress and forecast revenue.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and closing techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
