Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update prospect data, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate contracts to close deals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site meetings).
