Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Manage a high volume of leads within our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-up.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company revenue goals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
