Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads in the local and national market.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using our CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire for uncapped earnings.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
