Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Conduct product demonstrations and close deals over the phone with professionalism and confidence.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
