Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients to drive revenue.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies and targets.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
