Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls and digital outreach
- Build and maintain client relationships across key industries
- Exceed quarterly sales targets using CRM and sales tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion
- Present product solutions to decision-makers via virtual demos
- Track and report sales metrics in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B experience required
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
