Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach campaigns
- Present customized solutions to C-level executives via virtual/phone demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quarterly sales quotas
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Validated experience with objection handling and closing techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ohio residency required (no remote work)
