Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Present product demos and articulate value propositions to potential clients effectively.
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume sales pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
- Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and commission-based income.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
