Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Demo Delivery: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Needs Analysis: Consultative selling approach to understand client pain points and tailor our products/services to meet their specific business needs.
- Closing Deals: Navigate the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, tracking all interactions and pipeline status.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Performance Goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Drive: A self-starter mentality with a hunger to earn based on performance and a competitive streak.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new software tools and CRM systems quickly.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Reston, VA office (Hybrid model available).
