Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals within the CRM.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure monthly quota attainment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video.
- Document all customer interactions and account activities in Salesforce.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
