Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate new qualified leads.
- Cold Calling: Engage potential clients, identify their pain points, and qualify opportunities effectively.
- Closing Deals: Present product solutions, handle objections, and close sales to meet monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to the sales management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Telemarketing is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-starter who is driven to exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
