Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads through outbound calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to prospective clients to uncover their needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to closing and account retention.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Document all customer interactions and accurately update CRM records.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, SaaS, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong 'hunter' mentality and resilience in rejection.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
