Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone/email
- Present product solutions to B2B prospects across industries
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets with 30+ daily calls
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Track sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and HubSpot
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Spanish fluency preferred (not required)
