Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels
- Present product solutions to prospects via video conferencing and CRM tools
- Develop and maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consultative selling
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain CRM hygiene
- Participate in weekly training to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience in B2B technology/SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Spanish fluency highly valued for US/Latin markets
- Experience selling cloud-based solutions preferred
