Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via inbound/outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM
- Present tailored solutions to C-level executives across diverse industries
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with zero commission caps
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain 95%+ activity metrics in our performance tracking system
- Participate in weekly training to sharpen negotiation and closing skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in data analysis and pipeline management
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
- Ohio residency required for in-office collaboration
