Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via warm inbound calls and targeted outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients and close sales agreements
- Exceed monthly sales quotas using CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation and weekly performance reports
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales methodology workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
