Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to decision-makers using consultative sales techniques
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 25+ weekly qualified meetings
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce with 95%+ activity compliance
- Develop deep product expertise to position solutions against competitors
- Participate in daily sales huddles and monthly incentive programs
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of hitting targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
