Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions and close deals with decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales targets and key performance metrics
- Manage CRM pipeline and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Participate in weekend team training and performance reviews
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand existing client relationships
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for Saturday/Sunday shifts (8 AM-5 PM)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
