Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through inbound/outbound channels (phone, email, chat)
- Present product solutions to enterprise clients via virtual demos
- Close sales deals with uncapped commission potential ($1k+ per deal)
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales targets through consultative selling
- Participate in weekend shift training and performance coaching
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and objection handling
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with remote client experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend shift environments
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
