Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and chat
- Present product solutions to decision-makers using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic relationship building
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales funnels
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Drive new business growth in assigned territories
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- College degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
