Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into paying clients
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation strategies
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly reviews
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultatively sell solutions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B sales or inside sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or tech solutions a major plus
