Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through our proprietary CRM system
- Execute consultative sales calls to close B2B deals
- Exceed monthly KPIs with daily performance tracking
- Collaborate with marketing on lead nurturing campaigns
- Present product solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong computer literacy with MS Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
