Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads via strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets
- Collaborate with day-shift counterparts for seamless client handoffs
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution-based consultations
- Maintain detailed client records in CRM with 95%+ data accuracy
- Participate in weekly night-shift strategy sessions and training workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot sales automation tools
- Exceptional closing skills with $500K+ annual quota achievement
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer pain points and objections
- Self-motivated night-shift professional with reliable home office setup
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to different time zones
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales preferred
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales certifications
