Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to C-level executives
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with 100% commission transparency
- Leverage Salesforce to maintain accurate pipeline and client data
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Attend daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with track record of closing 6-figure deals
- Excellent verbal/written communication with ability to simplify complex solutions
- Self-motivated with proven ability to thrive in remote/hybrid environments
- Valid Louisiana sales license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales preferred
