Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire B2B clients across the Southwest region
- Manage 50+ qualified leads weekly via phone, email, and LinkedIn using Salesforce
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets ($250K+ annually)
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Conduct product demonstrations and contract negotiations
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy for pipeline reporting
- Mentor junior sales associates during weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech sales preferred
- Proven track record of 100%+ quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with video conferencing tools
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting and reporting
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Ability to work PST hours (8 AM - 5 PM MST)
