Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach including phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and needs assessment
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (7 PM - 4 AM EST)
