- Exceed monthly sales targets by 15%+ through strategic prospecting and objection handling
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document sales activities accurately in Salesforce and provide weekly performance analytics
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain industry expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record in consultative selling and complex deal structuring
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with North American market awareness
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
