Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and quantum applications
- Develop patentable frameworks for emerging tech integration (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global innovation ecosystems
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board members with ROI projections
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or corporate R&D with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products (3+ case studies required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or Nature Futures journal
- Certified in Foresight Methodology (WFS/ACF) and Scenario Planning
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
