Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology domains
- Identify emerging market trends and technological disruptions to inform R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Architect incubation frameworks for breakthrough technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation protocols
- Mentor next-generation innovators through internal accelerator programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate venture capital
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board members
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across global markets
