- Mentor a team of 15+ innovation specialists and engineers

- Present quarterly innovation progress to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., INSEAD, MIT Sloan)
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across 3+ countries
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (H-index >20)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
