- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven success scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Track record of securing >$10M in R&D funding
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals
- Fluency in exponential growth modeling frameworks
