Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage a multi-million dollar innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor senior innovation managers and foster a culture of experimentation
- Present innovation initiatives to the board and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership, strategy consulting, or R&D management
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing innovation budgets
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex visions
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
