Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop future-proof strategic frameworks through scenario planning, trend analysis, and quantitative modeling
- Translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps for product development, market expansion, and organizational transformation
- Present future-state visions to executive stakeholders and boards using compelling visual storytelling and data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor cross-functional innovation teams specializing in emerging domains like quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate adaptation
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry consortium participation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in foresight, innovation strategy, or technology consulting with demonstrable impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi studies, weak signal detection, and systems modeling
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable business outcomes
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform) and data visualization frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing C-suite and board-level decision-making
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum) and their societal implications
