- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure the workforce is prepared for the technological shifts of 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or executive leadership roles within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech company.
