As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for identifying emerging paradigms—ranging from Generative AI to Sustainable Energy Tech—and integrating them into our core business roadmap. This is a high-impact role for a strategist who thrives on ambiguity and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and maintain a comprehensive, 5-year strategic roadmap that defines our trajectory through 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis & Scouting: Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts that could impact our industry.
- Strategic Innovation: Conceptualize and pilot new business models and product lines that align with futuristic trends.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic insights to the Board of Directors and C-Suite leadership with clarity and persuasion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product, and Marketing to ensure strategic vision translates into tangible execution.
- Competitive Intelligence: Benchmark against global competitors to identify gaps and opportunities in the market landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or high-level technology management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Quantum Computing) and their business applications.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable strategies.
- Adaptability: A visionary mindset with the agility to pivot strategies in response to rapid market changes.
