Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, bio-tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor future-focused talent and build innovation capabilities across departments
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI on future-focused initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Executive-level experience presenting complex strategies to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (MBA preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or disruption
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
