- Oversee the creation and management of an internal 'Future Lab' to prototype innovative solutions.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-growth initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record in forecasting market trends and navigating technological disruptions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear strategies.
