Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish a comprehensive technical and operational roadmap for the year 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the migration to next-gen infrastructure, focusing on quantum-ready computing and advanced AI integration.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and forge partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Optimization: Manage the budget and resources efficiently to maximize ROI on long-term tech investments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of planning and executing long-term technical strategies, specifically looking toward the year 2026.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, AI/ML infrastructure, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams through periods of rapid change and innovation.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive strategic initiatives from conception to completion.
