You'll leverage cutting-edge data analytics, scenario modeling, and stakeholder engagement to position Innovatech as the undisputed leader in emerging tech domains.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive decision-making and investment prioritization
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging tech adoption curves
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CFIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic initiatives
