Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying emerging tech trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and neuro-interfaces
- Architect governance frameworks for autonomous systems and ethical AI deployment
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen human augmentation technologies
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and global policy forums
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab partners
- Pioneer sustainable tech models for circular economy integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep knowledge of carbon-negative tech and circular economy principles
- Keynote speaker at Web Summit or similar global tech forums
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and strategic foresight methodologies
