Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology foresight strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into our innovation pipeline
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption and adaptation
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
