Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Anticipate ethical implications of technological advancements and develop governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to accelerate future-ready product development
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
