The Role:
In this high-impact position, you will lead our strategic foresight initiatives, focusing on emerging technologies such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and Spatiotemporal Computing. You will be responsible for translating abstract future concepts into actionable technical strategies for our engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap focused on the 2026 technological horizon.
- Lead research and analysis on emerging trends in AI, quantum mechanics, and next-gen interfaces.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, ethicists, and legal experts, to ensure responsible innovation.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in future technological implementations and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, AI development, or high-tech strategy.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex, multi-year product lifecycles.
- Deep understanding of current AI limitations and the trajectory toward AGI.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to visualize and communicate complex future scenarios.
- Fluency in English and strong written/verbal communication skills.
