Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead quantum/AI research initiatives and integrate emerging tech into core business strategy
- Chair the 'Future Horizons' think tank, publishing whitepapers on disruptive innovations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
- Advocate ethical tech frameworks for responsible AI and biotechnology deployment
- Mentor emerging technologists through our '2026 Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Global thought leadership with keynote experience at Davos/WSF
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., ACFS preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
