Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AI, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling agile methodologies for long-term planning
