Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic vision roadmap using advanced trend analysis and scenario planning

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats across global markets
- Design and execute innovation labs with Fortune 500 partners to prototype future business models
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-backed impact projections
- Mentor a team of futurists and strategy analysts to foster deep expertise in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into scalable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend modeling
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
