Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build strategic foresight capabilities for client organizations
- Create evidence-based scenario models and stress-test business strategies against future uncertainties
- Author executive briefings and trend reports that influence multi-billion dollar investment decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer forecasting methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with demonstrable impact on organizational planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and futures simulation software
