Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision framework
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) and societal shifts
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build the foresight capability function
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
